In a previous life, I was the quarterback of our high school football team. Transparently my tenure was short as there were much better alternatives within the team. Yet the concepts I learned during that time have lived with me since. And the characteristics of a solid quarterback have genuine comparisons with the quantum world’s relatively new role, the quantum business strategist.
Back in 2021, I began arguing for the need to create and embed the Quantum Business Strategist role within organizations. I wrote that March,
