Back in 2020, I introduced two concepts, the quantum strategist and the quantum business strategist to support the adoption of the complex world of quantum technologies knowing the environment needed special expertise. The role is needed more than ever today.
How does an organization make choices between a cacophony of quantum solutions? Especially when these complex technologies abound in so many varieties with their own pros and cons. Organizations need unbiased experts to help drive such decisions.
In my consulting practice, I have regular conversations with business leaders about which technologies should be on their respective roadmaps and BOTH artificial intelligence and quantum technologies. To remain competitive they realize exploiting AI capabilities is a must while quantum is often an exploration.
