How does an IT leader in the quantum era think about vendor relationships? Are there sufficient numbers to really downselect? Are they reliable? Can they integrate?

Working with scale-up companies, beginning the quantum journey can be anxiety-causing or exciting in its complexity, without adding on the complexity of multiple vendors. These are the conversations I have with business leaders in the current tech era.
